Need some car rental info; LA to Palm Springs

We'll be traveling from Los Angeles to a resort in Palm Springs.....just wondering if there's any car rental drop off location at the Desert Springs Resort in Palm Springs.

or what are the other options we have kids with us so what would be the most hassle-free way to travel from Los Angeles to the Desert Springs Resort in Palm Springs?

There's a Hertz car rental drop off at this resort. Driving from LA to Palm Springs (especially with kids) is your best bet! Enjoy!

Thanks for your reply! We are planning to stay in LA for a couple of days......we will be staying closer to the airport ....as the hotels are a little cheaper and planning to rent a car to commute within the city. This is the first time we are taking our kids with us..7 and 3 so I'm a bit anxious.
