Hello!_any advice on Palm Canyon timeshare?

I am looking into the Palm Canyon Resort Timeshare through Grand Monarch Vacation Club. Has anyone stayed at this place? I would love to hear what you thought of the property in terms of location and quality. Thanks

It is a nice place with a large swim pool, waterslide. If it is during Spring Break and you want to get away from kids then this is not the place. Outside of Spring Break it is great.

I own a time share at Palm Canyon and we've had a lot of fun over the tears, i think it it's going on 13 now. We are looking to sell it if you are interested.

It is a good resort, but getting involved in a Timeshare deal can get very complicated especially if you are trying to get rid off it later. I own one and currently thinking of how to get out of the deal.
